[Visual Bug] Non-Transparent Coordi (Ordo)

What the issue is: "[Skin] Ordo Squad Mask"'s glass is not transparent.

Please provide as much information as possible:
In the screenshot for GCH, you'll notice the "[Skin] Ordo Squad Mask" item's glass area (over the eye) is solid white. On the other screenshot, you'll notice the glass area is actually transparent. The bug I'm reporting is that the current version of this item doesn't have this transparency, even though it should.

Steps to re-create the issue: Simply equip it to any character. It's definitely an issue with Ryan's version of the item at least, but the other characters probably have the same issue.
