Grand chase that quit's before u log in

hi   i just  wanna  if u guy's know how to  fix t his minor problem i can't  play.    i wan't  to play but before it  entered the log in page it closes

Hello there, are you using Windows 7 ? if yes then you can play now because they recently fixed the issue with Windows 7 user's, if you are using Windows 10 and the login page closes please try to delete your main.exe on the Grand Chase Folder then open the launcher to patch the main.exe again, if that does not solve your problem try to press the Repair button, if all of the mentioned steps above does not work, please file a support ticket by pressing the Player/Support create a new request then under department select Access Issues.
